The FBI has released aria footage. It is hard to tell, but it sure does look as if he stuck his hand inside his coat; maybe more than once. The comments are full of people claiming that he only reached into his coat after the shots were fired, but without audio how the fuck do they know when the first shot was fired? It's unusual when something definitive shows up in one of those movies.  I usually watch them with a feeling of disappointment, because they shed very little light on the truth.  Yet people seem to see what they want to see in them.
