An investigation has been launched after a pornographic film was accidentally shown during the funeral of a father and his baby son.

Hundreds of people had gathered at the council-run Thornhill crematorium in Cardiff to pay their respects to the pair, who were killed following a car crash.

Mourners were shocked when one screen began to show a pornographic video instead of a tribute to the father, who died on New Year’s Eve. Cardiff council has launched an investigation.

In what scenario does something like that accidentally happen? I'm imagining a situation where the intern at the funeral home was confused because he was given a thumb drive that had two files but wasn't told which one to play. One was labelled DaddyandBabyHenry.mov and the other one was labelled HotLesbianFistingFun.mov and figured he had a 50/50 chance of picking the right one since they were both "equally likely" to be the correct file.

I'm just guessing, but maybe somewhere around the place there needs to be at least a small sign that says: Do not watch porn on the movie equipment.. If you do please take it home with you when you are finished..
