something that bothers me about this migration is that many of us living in the third world would love to live in germany but we need to apply for visas and follow the law, why are many of this people which are economic migrants and not war refugees anymore, or at all, are getting a preferential treatment, why is it allowed for them to riot and forcefully cross the borders and refuse to be registered. I know police repression of big groups of people always look ugly , but it is unfair that this people get away with it. They must follow the law like everyone else if they want to live in one of the best places in the world.

Who wouldn't want to go from this

to beautiful European cities.

There's many people trying to escape from poverty and violence in general poor living conditions , but we must treat them all with consistency if our ethical standards are indeed sound.

what about this one

Much better. It is unknown if AIPAC drives the US government or vice versa ;-) It is also understandable, not necessarily racist ... that Israel is opposed.

why is the other pic "disgusting" though I ask to 1liesalot? You may not agree with the idea it transmits but I see them both as just political cartoons that show a grotesque exaggeration of stereotypes that are used as symbols. The monstrous uncle sam and the grotesque happy merchant are just symbols to represent real or perceived evils of the american goverment and zionism , why is the happy merchant so offensive, ''racist'' and taboo. They are just cartoons with ambiguous meaning. Is this a double standard about whose stereotype are we allowed to depict in a grotesque manner?

Baruch

It goes to the root of whether Charlie Hebdo cartoons were appropriate or not ... not a question of free speech, but of taste. Now of course a rabid Israeli or American patriot, might be offended at the second cartoon, but that is politics, not bigotry.

Getting complaints. Enough of those cartoons that contain offensive stereotypes and focus on those that send whatever message (other than racial stereotypes) that you wish sent.
White privilege is being a lifelong racist, then being sent to the White House twice because your running mate is a minority.

No Biden, no KKK, no Fascist USA!

In general ... it would be a nicer place for everyone ... if we didn't use this forum for revenge fantasies and primal scream therapy ;-) Jus' sayin'.
