I don't know about being rigged, but the skids were definitely greased for her benefit. Obama naming her Secretary of State is essentially bolstering her portfolio for future office. And he was quick to endorse her. Wall Street for sure doesn't want a Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren in the White House. Obama is definitely connected to them and so is Hillary.
