Nice video explaining in layman's language what all the fuss is about.

Enjoy.

It was interesting you posted that the other day, since I'm reading It Must Be Beautiful: Great Equations of Modern Science

It does a good job of explaining things, but your vid was very welcome.

In the case of QFT, make that millions "little fiddly bits"...
Do they have COBOL fingers? Because I'm skeptical a bunch of someones actually wrote down the millions of fiddly bits rather than letting the computer do it.

Which part of "pi is a number, hence a constant" don't you understand???

The only constant in the universe, is the arrogance of the followers of Pythagoras ... we had to deviate from the perfect harmonic ratios, to get to "well tempered tuning" before we had really good music ;-)

Are you taking any medications?
Don't do that.

How much more shit will come out of your brains?

If I have more than one brain ... how many more is that ... than the one you have?

As I predicted, more shit coming out. Your brain must be a cesspool of infinite dimension. And according to your loopy theory of the infinite, infinity will make you crazy, if you're not already there...

I said at the beginning, that I am crazy.  Were you not paying attention?  This is my Ten Step Group.

Yes, if you unwind a circle the circumference is finite.  But if you count the winding number (complex analysis) it is the same as the whole number line.

Your Ten Step Group doesn't seem to be working for you. Time to look for alternative, wouldn't it?

That is as profound as saying A=A...

1. Tastes great, less filling.

2. Yes, identity is quite a profound concept, thanks for noticing.

So how many more pearlsturds are there left in the arcane recess of your mind? Never mind,  it's a rhetorical question...
