Um what is with the title of the thread "Trolled"? Gays are not "trolling", they  are doing what they have the right to do.

So do trolls. It's just that they're doing it to provoke an emotional response... which is the original definition of trolling.

While the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels subjective, with trolling describing intentionally provocative actions and harassment outside of an online context.

This definately fits as an "intentionally provocative action".
