Karma Bitchslap: The Best Kind of Bitchslap
« on: October 22, 2015, 06:10:14 PM »
Recently, Phil Mason (aka Thunderf00t) has been under siege by a group of unethical feminists. You may know Thunderf00t as the atheist and generally anti-feminist YouTuber that has been getting cited on this forum lately. (I can't imagine why.)

I call these feminists "unethical" because they are trying to get Phil fired from his job. Now, everyone who has been following his channel knows that Thunderf00t is in absolutely no danger of being fired (and even if he was fired, he makes more money off of YouTube and Patreon anyway), but this campaign has backfired hilariously for a YouTuber named Laughing Witch, the self-proclaimed "temporary leader of the Social Justice movement on YouTube." Laughing Witch made a video proudly showing herself sending an email to Phil's employer, which included her real name and email address. The result...

...is predictably hilarious.

Look, I'm not anti-women, and I appreciate that people disagree with some of what Thunderf00t has to say. That said, no amount of disagreeing gives you the right to fuck with someone's personal life; and you have no right to complain if your life gets fucked with in turn. Karma is a bitch, but only if you are one yourself.

Yes I saw this, that particular clique of SJW tards that have been trying to destroy TF channel are pretty disgraceful (particularly bewildered ape and jenny mcder..whatever is her last name)

It's is sad though that you have to put up a disclaimer that you are not anti-women (how would that actually look like?) this conflation of disagreeing with certain feminists and certain feminist ideas with being anti-women or hating women is tiring and silly. As if the feminist ideology was the ultimate doctrine of all things pro-women. Yes to many people being a feminist may simply mean being pro equal rights for women and men, but there is a such a thing as feminist theory and ideology which spouses much more than just that and it can be pretty debatable, specially when it's adherents have varied interpretations of it.

:rotflmao: Besides the whole immoral, disgusting side of this, after all those states and govs', politcal parties' and corporates's defamation campaigns to shoot down 'undesired folk' in front of everyone's eyes for how many years of mass communication now?, you would think people would learn something from them. What a moron. That's the thing about playing dirty (or as believers say evil) you need to be a bit smart, planned and ruthless. First rule do not play open.

Why would she think anyone, ANYONE, would be fired because of their beliefs and opinions just because someone made campaign against them? That also tells me how clueless she is. Then it is most of her kind I guess.

Defintely agreed.

However, about karma. Obviously this woman sees herself as 'karma' which in this case is defined according to how powerful and successful you are at your scheme. If she had been successful, the karma would've been a bitch for the other guy. That's why what a stupid, made up, bullshit concept the karma is.

We know the media loves outrage inducing narratives and we know institutions hate being in the focus of it. Thunderf00t is lucky to have reasonable employers and that laughing witch is complete nobody that has a pitiful platform. But she could fuck up with other people, that is what her kind do, they think they are so righteous they get to slander you with serious accusations without any fucking evidence and smear it all over the public forum to tarnish your reputation and contact your employee to try to get you fired.

Not even remotely similar.

There is no irresponsible journalism here in Phil Mason's case or he wasn't accused of anything he said in a work environment. There is a direct campaign to get him fired because of his youtube videos which is completely out of his job and work place.

You are always responsible from what passes between your lips in work environment, esp in certain subjects like religion, politics, race and gender. Jokes, remarks...you name it. Do you have any idea, how many of that stuff you posted going on in companies all around the world about what passes as racial comments alone for example? People get fired, demoted, sued...etc everyday in many cases.

What Laughing Witch did is something beyond trying to get fired someone making some sexist jokes or remarks in a work place in presence of people felt insulted by it. She could have sued him for hate speech, for something similar, make videos against his opinions...etc. She didn't.

She tried to attack to someone's personal life by organising (key word) people online, because he is telling his opinions out loud in a public internet site. Same approach I defended in GG goes for this case too. Another organised attack on someone's life for their opinions. Doesn't matter what is the opinion.

Any organised attack at someone's personal life for saying/broadcasting his-her opinions and beliefs out loud SHOULD BE prosecuted. Period. On the other hand, one on one, they can strangle each other in their crass, sensational he said-she said bullshit rat race videos. It will run its course as some well paying 'social promotion' and eventually get stabilised as a teenage rant style bullshit, as it should be, at both sides, in a decade or so.

Please do not forget that -generally speaking- these people -vloggers- are making fame and money from this. Even Mason was fired, it would be the same, the whole thing would return back to him as more fame and money as it did now; more people are going to watch him. Him personally; Phil Mason.

That's why Armoured Sceptic is pretty much above many vloggers of the sort. At least for now provided he doesn't change. He distants himself from the vlogger character he created on purpose. He is perfectly aware the fakeness and bullshit position of being a vlogger celebrity, the toxic environment created by/around these people. He seems to be aware that gaining personal internet fame from making videos filled with sensational, heating remarks against any group only creates shit filled bandwagons that every group jumps in AND that only results in serving EGOs and wallets of these specific people at both sides. BUT that doesn't prevent him passing sound judgements on bullshit. Actually, this neutral position makes him better at it. He also makes good fun of people falling in 'confirmation bias' which is the biggest problem in 'feminist' and 'anti-feminist' vloggers having a go at each other at every opportunity. I don't agree with him all the time, -if I'm not mistaken he is pro-gun- but I believe he definitely has the right and honest idea about vlogging and on criticising something; acting like a free thinking skeptic.

Goddamn, love how that photo reveals her shark resemblance! We're all related to that nasty predator, but some of us more than others.
There are two types of ideas: fact and non-fact. Ideas which are not falsifiable are non-fact, therefore please don't insist your fantasies of supernatural beings are in any way factual.

Doctrine = not to be questioned = not to be proven = not fact. When you declare your doctrine fact, you lie.
