I added a (OP) next to original posters so it's easy to tell who the original poster is of a thread.

If you guys don't like it let me know, I'm not sure if it's unsightly or not lol

I like it, the only problem I find with it is that with longer names the text goes outside of the box.
But whatever, for the main part it's an improvement in my opinion.
