We use striking similar to Muay Thai kickboxing only our regular stance varies a little as we use a lot of judo style throws so we want to be able to get out hips inside for a quick transition. Judo and BJJ style submissions are also employed.

What differs is we train specifically for striking every where, even on the ground.  Also submissions that are no longer taught in Judo and some BJJ we still drill though in competition they are not legal moves.

Its a silly sport that I do not recommend my friends to pursue but for mental health (stress relief) it works for me.
