I watched this one recently. In my opinion it's a good debate, not only because Richard Dawkins is there (duh), but also because the interviewer asks good/clever questions.

I personally love Nova's Judgement Day: Intelligent Design on Trial.  Someone posted it here.  Best frigging video I've ever watched.  Taught me quite a bit.  It is on YouTube.
