I remember back in psych classes they called the big box conservation theory much the same way a child will almost always pick the tall glass of koolaid over the shorter, wider glass even though they have the exact same amount of koolaid in them..

The cheaper stores like Lidl and Aldi are becoming more popular as more people realise that the quality is just the same as the bigger ''ripoff  stores.
Most of  my shopping is done in Lidl an Farmfoods,  (good an cheap for the frozen stuff)an Tesco for th important sh....like beer, always got gd deals on.

Inflation is calculated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which is part of the US Department of Labor, not the Federal Reserve (an agency loved by both parties).

They do fiddle with the numbers to try to get a result most pleasing to the government.
