As soon as a bear decides to kill you, you're only surviving if you're really lucky. You can't outrun them, you can't outclimb them, you can't easily kill them. A grizzly can tank a shotgun blast to the face and keep on coming.

Obviously having a Spanish surname doesn't mean you speak Spanish (just like I don't speak Greek)... but still... if I was to say people should be barred by law from speaking Greek, or a Schmidt said people shouldn't speak German, etc. etc. ... they may be justified in some sense of saying that, but it still sounds stupid af.
