That's USS Edsall, the second one of that name.

Looked it up.  2nd Edsall was a DE ... the picture in Wiki doesn't show twin front two barrel cannons.  The Edsall class had one single barrel cannon in front.  The Sumner class (my Dad's ship) has the twin front two barrel cannons.  Originally the Edsall class didn't even have a front turret.
