Don't take it at face value, it's not a serious meme.  It's a joke along the lines of deus vult or hitler did nothing wrong.  Sure, some people might really believe it, but they're nutcases.  It's actually a running commentary on the influence of anime on real life.

A legitimate news station took some airtime to basically fearmonger about an anime cutesy/horror visual novel.  Some jokester photoshopped it so that instead, they're declaring the superiority of anime girls over real women, which is absurd.  The absurdity is the joke.

And now that joke has been murdered by over-explanation.
