Only people who dress up as 18th century characters like that stuff ;-)  Had there been a more developed "media" in 1750, perhaps then we could have a similar graph .. for the various status quo vs avant garde composers.  Any such graph would depend on contemporary (1750) public.

"Proper tea" is bitter and unpleasant, IMO. But nothing beats a good sweat tea with a bit of lemon.
