So my girlfriend found this game that has been out for awhile called Ingress (Googleâ,,¢) and I am just loving the shit out of this game.

It's a GPS based alternate reality massively multiplayer capture the flag game with science fiction and portals portals PORTALS!

Here's a map to see the portals of the world

I'm not into the backstory, but more the gameplay, the strategics and rediscovering my hometown and it's landmarks.

I chose the side that seems to be on the losing end, so yeah I'm a frog.
Operation green marble was pretty cool... to read about.
I need to play more. I'm only lvl 4 sofar.

I like how game content occurs locally automaticly as players photograph and nominate new 'portals' in their area. Plenty of portals around here. I have one portal (a small WW2 monument), that I can reach in less than half a minute, I kid you not .
No religion for me thank you very much; I 'm full of shit enough as it is.

Being flabbergasted about existence never made anyone disappear in a poof of flabbergas, so nevermind why we're here. We ARE here.
