Imho, that video undersells its nastiness.

I'd have him pouring buckets into a ditch so that mosquitoes can breed, lovingly tending to them as if they were his own children.  And have him physically lay on you in your own bed.  And just straight up rain on people every day for a week or two at a time until they lose the will to live.
