property value is presumed to still be high

Asking price: enough to buy a spacious estate in the increasingly cramped midwest (which technically, is now the east)
property values in acutely desirable non-flooded US presumed to still be low

Unfortunately, I had to scamper out of there; they were closing the museum when I got back to that exhibit (it was after the volunteer appreciation meet). I plan to go back and spend more time. I snapped a couple quick pictures, but I haven't got 'round to uploading them yet.
