Author Topic: How in the Hell is nobody slamming Islam and Muslims over this verse in Quran?!!  (Read 3537 times)

A few years back a friend of mine, Jim, rented a room to a muslim guy.   Jim came over to help me with a few things around the house and he brought the muslim with him.  If I knew Jim was bringing him I would have told him to forget it. However, it turned out to be kind of funny.

At that time we had a little dog, Amber.

The funniest thing was to see this creepy little muslim bob and weave to avoid Amber.  Amber liked to patrol the yard.  If she came too close to him he'd trip over his own feet to get out of her way.   Amber liked to guard the place so if a leaf blew across the yard she'd chase it.  If she darted by him he'd do a little dance to avoid her.   He'd twist and turn and jump out of the way.  The more he moved she more she came towards him.   If he was sitting down and she ran by him he'd leap out of the chair so fast he'd trip over the chair and knock it over.   I tired quickly of this.

I asked Jim to get the creep out of my yard because he was annoying me and my dog.

So, I guess you have a problem with muslims?  Do christians creep you out as well?

I think he just has a problem with people that are unsafe around his dog.

It looks interesting when you take his post and replace 'muslim' with 'jew'....  :madu:

I don't count muslim as a species, I count it as an corrupt idea.

Koran 9:28
Quote

9:28
Sahih International
O you who have believed, indeed the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach al-Masjid al-Haram after this, their [final] year. And if you fear privation, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise.

Now what you'll never know unless you've been an ex-Muslim like me, is that the word نجس which is translated " unclean" is a specific technical term in Islam, meaning the the dirty things that no Muslim should ever physically touch or keep in sight.

The list of official Islamic "dirty" things are shit, piss, cum, dogs and pigs, and the atheist.

Not that i really care what some backward religion thinks of non believers. But your quote pertains to Polytheists and there appears to be no mention of Atheists!

He fails to see the connection despite the fact death penalties happen within islamic groups in the uk, despite it being against British law.

Here's the thing.  I'm a woman.  Most religions despise women.  Muslim men, as well as just about every other man made religion, don't even think half the people on the planet really ARE people.  So, yes.  I wanted the creep out of my yard.  I was  gracious when I first met him.  He was a guest in my home and I did all I could to make him feel welcome.  He did all he could to let me know me and my dog were filthy. The first thing he did was refuse to shake my hand.  It went down hill from there.  I didn't post all the other rude and disgusting things he did because I'm sure most of you are aware of how muslims behave around women and other living things.  I could be wrong.  Maybe you don't.  I just wanted to post the part about the dog.

Because of his made up religon and stupid superstitions he considerd me vile right off the bat.  Therefore I considered him vile.  Vile and creepy and I wanted him out of my home and my yard.   Sue me.  I wonder how he would have treated Jim if he knew he was gay?

 Christians creep me out too.

@justme Ah right, now I'm with you. That's unfortunate having to deal with a gross little shit like that, when from the sounds of it you made all the effort to be a good host.

This is the thing that pisses me off the most about Muslims, especially Muslim men since they are almost always the instigators in this, but having them come over to free thinking modern countries like the UK, America and Canada, and how they bring their Neolithic religion with them, and think the same of western cultures as their own. These fuckers don't try to adapt.

Maybe you are right but in my experience, since muslim are normally to stay away from dogs, so some stay away from them due to the impure thing and some because they are scared of them. the way you mentioned this guy acting, it might be possible he is scared of your dog. As far as i know, if he had touched her with his hand, he would have to wash all the way to the elbow. and if a dog touches your clothes, you are suppose to wash them before praying in those clothes.

And if a muslim guy is a decent person where i come from, then that guy wont shake a women hand. Not because she is dirty or something but out of respect. Remember purda or burqa thing, men are not suppose to touch them or even look at them in the eye (or they might get sinful temptations  :flowers:).

So that guy might not have been a creep. But i could be wrong.

I've been on this planet for a long time.  I know the difference between respect and contempt.  This guy wasn't afraid of my dog.

The part about muslim men not wanting to touch a woman because they might be tempted to not keep it in their pants?  I don't think so.  muslim men can't control themselves so women have to walk around all covered up because the men are poor little weaklings and can't help themselves?  Respect?  If he rapes her it's all her fault, right?  He's not a rapist - she's a temptress.  Oh please.   Another example of man creating his god in his own image.   He who maketh up the religion also maketh up the rules and the laws.   Men good and godly.  Women bad and evil.

Women are vile here on earth.  And yet in the afterlife they're a reward for good muslim men.  Insane.  But what else is new in the world of silly and demented superstitions we call religions?

No I agree with you in all regards to the fucked up nature of religion and how it makes people into monsters or control freaks or molesters or abusers. But I've always held giving people the benefit of the doubt and never judging on first appearances. My cousin has been in a relationship with a Muslim guy for 10 years now, and he's always been very friendly and good natured to all the family, so it's really down to character in these cases. He claims to be Muslim because he comes from it, but he clearly doesn't practice it.

Religion is just a door for the most fucked up of us to open and used for rationalizing their fucked up behaviour.

I with you now.  Based on this explanation you were right to be uncomfortable around this guy.  Just shows how religious convictions can turn someone into a jerk.
