Help with a question

Hey all!
     Just had a stupid question...I was wondering today....Do fundamentalist Christians have an answer for this?

If there were so many religions that outdate Christianity, and before Jesus was born....Then what happened to people in other lands that were not presented with the concept of the Christian god before that time? ....Is there an excuse for this? I guess i've just never heard it been brought up or talked about.

They will tell you this.

They will also tell you that God will judge their heart.

The default assumption is either yes they do or not yet. Operate on that assumption and go out there and see what answers you get.
Never forget, Christians have all the answers.
