You're comparing apples with oranges: the OP has MURDERS COMMITTED BY GUNS. You have VIOLENT CRIMES.
Nope, guns in the hands of law abiding citizens save lives of law abiding citizens.  The ability of a citizen to defend themselves is a deterrent to violent crime.

Some one busts into my house with a machete, hatchet, knife, brass knuckles, iron pipe, baseball bat, or gun they all pose a serious threat to my life, and will be met with sufficient firepower to stop them, and underlaw I am justified to do so.

England have virtually no guns, so now the medical community is trying to ban long kitchen knives to reduce stabbings.  http://www.frontpagemag.com/2012/dgreenfield/british-doctors-call-for-ban-on-long-kitchen-knives-to-end-stabbings/

If someone wants to kill you or rob you, they will simply choose a different weapon, and if that one is banned, choose another.  Next thing you know little league players will have to pass a background check and register their baseball bat.
In dog beers I've only had one.

The funny part of this is the US has the largest number of armed citizens, yet among democratic countries, they have a very high crime rate , and one the highest number of incarcerates. Go figure.

And most of these people are in prison for non-violent crimes with the vast majority for drugs.  Locking a kid up for having a couple of joints in their possession is beyond stupid, welcome to America.

Only 8% of people sent to prison in 2009 where for violent crimes!

Meanwhile from 1993 - 2011 while gun ownership has increased significantly;
Firearm-related homicides declined 39%, from 18,253 in 1993 to 11,101 in 2011.
Nonfatal firearm crimes declined 69%, from 1.5 million victimizations in 1993 to 467,300 victimizations in 2011.

For every time a gun is used to commit a homicide, a gun is used 80 times to defend the life of a law abiding citizen.

US gun ownership is approximately 88.8 guns for every 100 citizens, yet the US has one of the lowest murder rates in the world.

In the UK (no guns) there are 2,034 violent crimes per 100,000 citizens.
in the US (most guns) there are 466 violent crimes per 100,000 citizens.

I don't know where you've got those numbers? From the NRA??

A survey on wikipedia tells a different story;

Firearm-related death rate per 100,000 population: the US =10.3; the UK = 0.25. That's a ratio of 40 times higher in the US.

Q for theists; how can there be freewill and miracles? And, how can prayer exist in an environment as regimented as "gods plan"?

Statistics on that, please. The statistics I have seen (and linked) say otherwise.

Stop pulling shit out your ass, cowboy.

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2013/09/16/u-s-murder-rate-higher-than-nearly-all-other-developed-countries-fbi-data/

QuoteBut the 2012 murder rate â€" 4.7 murders per 100,000 people â€" was significantly higher than in most other wealthy nations.

The comparable rate is 0.4 in Japan, 0.8 in Germany, 1.0 in Australia 1.1 in France and 1.2 in Britain, according to figures compiled by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.

Among nations assessed by the Paris-based club of market economies, only Brazil, Estonia, Mexico and Russia had higher murder rates.

You are a fucking liar through and through, cowboy. I don't know if it's intentional or you are just misinformed, but you might want to check what you are saying before you go touting it so arrogantly as fact and making a complete fool of yourself. I'll take being a "libtard" over just a plain moron anyday.

Let me guess; we also have the best medical system in the world (pre-Obamacare) and we shit exceptionalism in every field.

Here is just crime rate in general...
