Not "meme" in the specific ICanHasCheezburger sense, but in the larger, "idea that spreads like a virus" sense. This includes religion and political philosophy. I adopt this view primarily because this is the view of political theory that is the most hostile to sanctity, dictatorship and party discipline. All party discipline, including "political correctness."
