Because instead, he did the greater miracle of bringing a time and space Universe into existence from NOTHING  including all the matter .     Any other miracle is lesser than that  .

Broadly speaking, the universe is everything that exists. If there is more than one universe, what we've been calling THE universe is A universe, a cosmos if you will. If God existed eternally then the universe existed eternally, and prior to God creating this universe, God and the universe were one and the same. There was never any 'nothing' for God to create a universe out of...he would have had to have created the 'nothing' first. You might want to go with the Hebrew idea that God emanated the universe, it's more internally consistent.

How come blind random mutational accidents ultimately gave us a Human Brian that the worlds best Scientists cant begin to duplicate on purpose using their intelligence, will,  with an end result in mind ?

'can't begin to duplicate' is pretty strong wording. A modern laptop has processing power about equal to the brain of a guppy. I like to use that as a crude measurement of processing power. A guppy is about one 50,000th of a human brain. It's not much, but it's a beginning...and at the current rate of increase in computer power, we hit a laptop with the processing power of a human brain within 20 years. It took nature nearly 4 billion years to get from single-cell to human brain, but an actual intelligent designer is much, much faster.

I don't have enough faith to be an Atheist and neither do you.

It doesn't take faith to be skeptical of other people's claims. You say the Christian God is real. We don't believe you. No faith necessary.

It is, however, very aesthetically appealing  because it frees us up to be our own little 'god'.

How so? Even a minimal definition of a 'god' is that its superhuman in some way. We aren't gods, not even little ones. Just schmoes doing the best we can with what we've got just like everyone else.
Atheists are not anti-Christian. They are anti-stupid.--WitchSabrina

"And, tricked by our own early dream
And need of solace, we grew self-deceived,
Our making soon our maker did we deem,
And what we had imagined we believed."
