Very true. I think that if China were to stop pegging their currency to the US's and stop over-inflating the yuan, the purchasing power of the common man would rise.

In 2005, it was 8 Yuan to the dollar. Now it's six. that's an increase of 25% in their purchasing power  vs the Dollar.

That's purchasing power per unit of currency. If you take into account the massive flooding of their market with Chinese yuan...
