Unfortunately, I went through a PTSD style nervous meltdown about five years ago. I still think about it every day.

I'm really sorry to hear that! That old saying that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is the biggest lie ever told. I had a nurse in the hospital I was at that had six panic attacks a day. I told her I pitied her. If I had that many in one day I'd turn the car on and sit in the garage. I don't know how she can stand it without going insane. Take care! Solitary
