Hi everyone. I have created a Discord server for this site.
This is a great way for us to chat among ourselves, in real time, much like the "shoutbox" we used to have. Discord however, us much more powerful, in what it can do, and will allow for more in depth discussions, also, with the option to join a voice chat with other members.

I have worked hard to even include level-up "roles", with my own personal "Hichbot", named after Christopher Hitchens. The level up roles are named after the same levels you get here, "amoeba", "fungus" etc... all the way up to "H.sapiens" and "Ubermensch"

As for now, I have created various "channels" for topics, but I can add more, as we grow here, and on the Discord server.

Yes.

I've made it more clear, for new people joining.

Sure. We don't know the people who visit the forums either. That's the goal I think. To be available for more people as much as possible.

How is the discord experiment doing ?
Don't have the app on my phone. Pretty much only log in on the laptop at home, when I'm on it for other reasons. So I wouldn't know.
