Obama doesn't make the laws, so why address him? The majority of people here want it legalized, and the people in the government that make our laws and are suppose represent us are not listening, and also made marijuana a narcotic which it isn't. Why?  :roll: Solitary

The enforcement departments work for him, so if he tells them to not prosecute violations in states in which state laws allow pot, those agencies won't.

Because the government extensively tested common recreational drugs, rated them for dependence as well as physical harm, and classified their legality accordingly.
