I have been an Electrical Engineer for a couple years now. I work in the power generation industry. I was just curious if there are any other engineering types here.

I'm pretty sure I'll be getting a degree in some kind of engineering. I originally wanted a to go for a PhD in physics, but I heard that doesn't pay very well and it takes way too much time. I'm thinking about waiting until I get older(35-ish) before I start on that. But for now, I'm thinking mechanical engineering. Aerospace would probably be more fun, but I've heard the aerospace industry isn't doing good right now, and there's absolutely no way in hell I'm working for the Airforce.
