The Scotts have questions about where Trump got the money to purchase his golf course in Scotland. They want to issue a legal order to Trump to declare his sources of income. Probably doesn't hold any weight with our friendly IRS. But can they seize his golf course as ransom for the juicy details of his finances?
"Do you believe in god?", is not a proper English sentence. Unless you believe that, "Do you believe in apple?", is a proper English sentence.

Good question.  Scottish courts are known to the wacky, as seen in their variance with English courts over Brexit challenges last year.  It is a "whole other country".
