I'm fairly certain the voice actors of those chipmunks just cheat and change the pitch of their voices in post. I could do the same with any old cassette player. (Yes, I am old enough to remember those.)

Born under one law, to another bound;
Vainly begot, and yet forbidden vanity,
Created sick, commanded to be sound."

I was pretty young when I watched this, so a lot of it was over my head.

I mostly remember Maynard.

And then, of course, there was this:

I loved that show.  But it was better than Twilight Zone only every now and again.  Thiller was also watched--but it was usually not as good as Twilight Zone or Outer Limits.

At the time it was my fav.  Loved Tuesday Weld.  But Maynard G. Krebs, with his aversion of WORK, was my guy.

I watched that only because we only got one channel in those days.

In LA we had a few more channels.  Even PBS.  But my ex, she came from a small town.  One TV station only.

The opening show of the original Night Gallery, had Roddy McDowell as villain, scared the piss out of me.

I used to watch this one a lot. I really hated Captain Binghamton.

Even as a kid I hated F Troop, McHale's Navy and Hogan's Hero's.

I liked Hogan's Heroes, but F Troop wasn't something I cared about. I barely remember it at all.
