Depends on what you are reaching for at the feet.  Socks or toenails.  I'm still at the socks level.

I have never been athletic, so could never be actual military.  But I can still at least see my feet.  Others are not so healthy.  Speaking of which, i am simply less flexible than 30 years ago ... with manicure and pedicure.  Need to go trans, and get together with the sisterhood ;-)

I'm no athlete either, but my stretching asks me whether I can get my hand flat on the floor when I bend down.  Sometimes yes, mostly no.
