And according to Baruch, we're already in hell.

Well, according to Baruch, who isn't?  Today or tomorrow is all the same to him.  One has to wonder what his life is like.

Myself, I will happily live an ethical life and die with no expectation that I will look down to see my own funeral. Not that I wouldn't LIKE to, just out of curiosity.  But what annoys me most is that I will experience 'The Story of Humanity' half read, at best..

And heaven also.  You left that out.  It is a matter of attitude.  But neither is a magical wishing tree.

"Today or tomorrow is all the same to him." ... exactly.  Every day is just the same, Groundhog Day.

Which is how you define eternity ... which is heaven or hell depending on you.  But if there is no progress, neither is there regress.

It's from Rurouni Kenshin, an anime that was dubbed in English in the 90's. I don't remember much about it except that the main character, Kenshin, is a swordsman with godly skill, but he has his blade "facing the wrong way." Whatever that means. (Can't you just hold it the other way?) But this meant that he could fight without killing.

Born under one law, to another bound;
Vainly begot, and yet forbidden vanity,
Created sick, commanded to be sound."

Not sure if it is. The difference is what the abrahamic god did in comparison is it claimed authority over it. So to rid themself of competition having it say "if you don't follow this stuff aswell as not swearing loyalty to that god, you are damned essentially" Zoroastrianism was more heaven and hell based on deeds, i dont think it was very specific it was more vague i think.

Being a religion of obvious good and evil is however more clear i think, for example, gays. I am by definition against toxic femininity as in terms of i feel it makes people more submissive and less productive in terms of looking up cute pictures, while masculinity is more based on actions, doing stuff like helping people. Example would be anime Naruto where they do stuff, not to be confused that you have to look masculine you can still be attractive to each other, i just mean as in i feel the reason for suicide factors is two things, toxic femininity and pressure, its why i think transsexuals commit suicide because of this as in male to female. "not to say you cant have empathy thats the good stuff that makes us humans, i will say toxic femininity is only productive on one field and that is fashion, but little femininity is ok, but it should not overtake masculinity in humans since that is the cornerstone of productivity more or less in my view and thats when it gets dangerous" (in the end what matters is if your life is bad it means you are doing something wrong... thats just one example where masculinity kicks in, while femininity is the opposite of that and is not trying to find solutions "I mean objectively bad environments or to improve is of course a good thing to adress it, but there is a typical difference with wanting better changes... and just complaining if your toaster doesn't work is what i mean"

But here is the thing, lets say you are gay, you just like this but you are a programmer, good helpful person, then you have another gay guy who makes abusive environments. By default. Are those two of equal value when we argue obvious good and evil? Obviously not. So what makes one think one doesnt go to damnation if one says stuff like... all gays are evil or all gays deserve this. Its why i am more or less or i think what if one enters damnation if one thinks like that? So its a very black and white view point. I just feel its more about spite than truth in my view atleast. So its why i dont believe it.

For example, if it was me. I would be atleast like alcohol is warned about for intoxication, as is cigarettes for lung cancer. I would not mind if there was a warning label that Anal sex has highest risk of HIV/AIDS, since its more riskier than vaginal sex or anything else "like maybe if one sees anal sex porn for example or research". So just to let people know atleast about the risk considering, bugchasing culture (which is a subgroup meaning gay males who want to get AIDS or infect other with it)

Anal sex is the highest-risk sexual behavior for HIV transmission. Vaginal sex has a lower risk, and activities like oral sex, touching, and kissing carry little to no risk for getting or transmitting HIV. The vast majority of men who get HIV get it through anal sex. However, anal sex is also one of the ways women can get HIV.
https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/analsex.html

They explored the emerging trend of gay men who eschew condoms and the development of a barebacking subculture. They also noted through their qualitative research that some barebackers were in search of HIV.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bugchasing#Research

See this is how i would do it based on common sense. But i also don't agree that being gay is a born with but its also wrong when people say its a choice. Both are wrong. Its a mental state, like if one is into animals for example for arguments sake, this doesnt make you magnitized to it. Like you are technically born as a heterosexual since that is what nature really wanted us to be.. But bi effects is a thing and well attraction is also that so its a spectrum of what you like, the higher it is the more likely you are into that but it doesnt go instant there it just means you are more into it since you are you. So yeah its at best mental state of what you are as a human in my view.

Don't over think it.  I don't care what the abrahamic god or any other god said (or pretends to say) about anything.

It's easy, it's correct, and it saves time.

That is an interesting concept.  Some knives and swords are only sharp at the points for stabbing (you didn't think those knives the pirates held in their mouths were sharp on the edges did you?), and some swords and knives are for slashing on the edges.  But one with only one sharp edge?  Dumb.

Cutlass is one sided ... and the one edge is dull ... because you wack woodwork more often than people.  The other edge is a backbone.  Two sided swords are for more like ballet fighting in Crouching Tiger - Hidden Dragon.

Have you ever thought about becoming a faithful follower of Toothfarianism? I actually received cold hard cash (currency) from her holyiest of holies, The Tooth Fairy as a child in exchange for the bloody loss of my baby teeth.
Some may claim it was really just my mother, but you all lack any credible evidence to prove it was mom.
In other words, Picks or it didn't happen..
All hail my new signature!

Admit it. You're secretly green with envy.

Scimitars aka cavalry sabers have one edge, and curved ... because of how it is used.  But not so heavy, because you are striking a man or a horse, not a mast.  And the tip of the scimitar is pointy unlike a cutlass ... because there are two ways the cavalryman strikes, by slashing or by poking.  Once upon a time, I had a fine sword/dagger collection.
