"New York Wants To Force All Gun Owners To Buy A Million Dollar Liability Policy" ... just like plans to make ammunition to expensive to buy.  Un-constitutional.  And if "militias" are the issue, then reinstate "states rights" with governors back in charge of National Guard.

No.  As there are really no "militias" these days, there need be no demands for citizens to be militarily-armed.  Have all the non-military arms you want, blow the skies free of ducks (please no) and the woods free of deer (please), just don't claim you need an AK-47 to get a rabbit for dinner...
