Marx was reckless in Chess, and in his personal life as well.

That was quite a game.  Though I doubt the Marx's tactical advance would succeed today.

Interestingly, for what it is worth, I note the Top 10 players...

 1    Carlsen, Magnus            NOR    2843
 2    Mamedyarov, Shakhriyar    AZE    2814
 3    Kramnik, Vladimir            RUS    2800
 4    So, Wesley               USA    2799
 5    Aronian, Levon                    ARM    2797
 6    Vachier-Lagrave, Maxime    FRA    2793
 7    Caruana, Fabiano        USA    2784
 8    Nakamura, Hikaru        USA    2781
 9    Anand, Viswanathan   g    IND    2779
 10    Giri, Anish                            NED    2777

And only 1 is Russian.

How does that connect to chess?  Most top chess-players are kind of weird.
