Small victory for Trump ... SCOTUS has agreed to review a lower court ruling ... "Did The Supreme Court Just Pull The Rug Out From Under Article Of Impeachment?" ... the proposed second article of impeachment ... obstruction ... is about the POTUS not being PM ... because separation of powers. 

The POTUS doesn't work for Congress, any more than the SCOTUS does.  So how much material or persons should the POTUS submit to calls for them by Congress?  This has been fought by every President ... as defense of separation of powers.  So it is reasonable that SCOTUS would get involved.  The time it will take to rule on this, will cast a cloud, for that time, on the whole impeachment effort.

The first article ... abuse of power ... can be levied against every President that has a House in opposition.  It has no fixed definition.  In the British system "Parliament is supreme" ... not the monarchy, not the People.

Meanwhile, ends justify means.  Grand jury files are always kept secret ... "House Democrats Demand Mueller's Secret Grand Jury Files For Impeachment" ... needless to say, there is no precedent for this demand.

Many a Congress has struggled with the POTUS over separation of powers though.  Basically, the House wants to re-write the Mueller report to their liking.

Please be advised that none of the phrases "IT'S A WITCH HUNT!", "YOU JUST HATE TRUMP!" and "YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO UNDO THE ELECTION!" are in any way refutations of the charges being made.  "IT'S NOT A CRIME!" must be followed by a "because..." based on actual law to be a refutation.  Please state an actual case rather than whining.

And "YOU DON'T RESPECT THE 63 MILLION WHO VOTED FOR HIM!" -- as both Wyoming's Liz Cheney and Ohio's Jim Jordan have tried -- just shows that your party can't do math (we knew that from your budgets already, of course), because you certainly don't respect the 66 million who voted for his main opponent, and the other 7 million voters who chose "Not Him".

The Communist Party was illegal.  It should still be.  And all Americans, who fit the Communist label, in any party, should all be in FEMA camps.  Most young people of the 60s in colleges, and their supporters, should have been put in FEMA camps by LBJ.  We can learn a lot from the Uigher camps set up by the Chinese.

I do apologize for my DDS (Democrat Derangement Syndrom).  Not all Democrats are Communists.  But I have spent most of my adulthood, prepared, if necessary, to nuke Communists.  This is a hard habit to quit.  But politics I will quit, in two more weeks.

I am non-violent myself.  I supported the ability to kill all enemies foreign and domestic ... if it came down to that.  But Communists and Nazis and other socialists ... tend to be authoritarian maniacs and genocidal murderers.  Are maniacs and murders, oppressed minorities that need hate speech or other legal protection?  In Nazi Germany and Stalin's Russia they got support from the top down.  Today, some people regard difference of opinion as violence if spoken or printed, thru an ever finer sieve.  Just like Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia.  The Left and Right hate free speech except their own.  Are you neutral?  If not, then you will be the target of whatever enemies you have, and they will do worse to you than block your free speech.  That is how the Planet of the Apes works.  And as experienced here, neutrality is the enemy of both extremes.  The sides must be binary, and you must choose one of the two approved sides!  Jawohl mein commandant!  Cafeteria-style, nein!
