I would envy him that. I've often wished I were a Catholic just so I could be excommunicated. What we have here is a failure to excommunicate!

Now you get excommunicated from not paying your cell phone bill ;-)

Yes, I will defend who I am, including the thoughts I have.  Do you hide under a rock?  Didn't think so.

So assuming you are Christian (as it seems), where do you stand on the obligation to convert others?  To you want to?  Do you try to?  Should you?

how can we ex-communicate if we have not yet gotten to communicate? cant end a conversation that never began. whatever IBN is trying to say isnt getting across because he is writing so much that nobody is trying to read his whole post

might be more interesting to see how he deals with the spaghetti monster
"Do you believe in god?", is not a proper English sentence. Unless you believe that, "Do you believe in apple?", is a proper English sentence.

I've read his whole posts several times.  And never have one of them actually made much sense.

****yawna*****  zzzzzzzzzz. Yo make me wanna go back to sleep with your lack of brains activity.

Okay huddle up . I really don’t have time these days. Just quick bit of trampling on you. Stay still .incidentally doesn’t take me effort or time . to start the day.

@Cavebear, nothing is supposed to make sense  to you. you read wikipedia account about surat al fatiha and the  report you gave had  nothing to  do with the Wikipedia account. Simple shit you messed up. Its not me . its you. You somehow can read but do not understand what you read , not to mention there is question about your veracity. And You think jews evangelize . that’s ridiculous thing to say . you talk nonsense. There is something wrong with you in the head. I'm innocent .

Are you people posting from an asylum or some shit like that ? I’m serious. do you see people wearing white coats and uniform ?  no they are not pretending . They are not actors. you’re in the nut house.

@ Barouch. now you say organize. Before you said political  integration. Its all the same to you .  bar talk. More bar talk.
Okay , source. Show me the authoritative source that says that . show me the source that says the treatment of non Muslims is  an organization deal by people . you said people organize themselves . show me the source for that claim and show me it is all  one and the same thing. . show me the source that says people do organize themselves and that  applies to Muslims in relationship to non Muslims in particular and the nature of that relationship what  makes it all the same . . .you  said that  in response to my  response regarding your political integration take . I want to know your source for that. Show me the source .

You said “so”.  Okay. show me one source a legitimate source that says so what ? that its  all the same . then we can talk about me and how you should understand what I’ve  said , that is understood plain speech .

BTW Barouch, do you believe the holocaust happened or do you think the shit was made up?

Come here ya majnoon. Why do you say to me that Mikveh  does not “really” exist prior..” ….??? Did I say it did ?  did I mention Mikveh?   who are you talking to ? are you talking to yourself ? get your shit together old man.

Show me the source that says , mikveh  is sacred ritual and did not exit prior to Babylon. I want the source and I want to know what it said . I want to know what it says about this Mikveh thing. . what is it ? where did it come from? Why ? How did it fly from India to Babylon when the Jews were there ? date, time , local religions and and and . I want texts , artifacts ,etc.
Show me the source for the rest of your nonsense. That is I want an authoritative source that at minimum backs itself with verses or statements in religious texts and authoritative interpretations, etc . no one should  presume to speak for  Indians. Jews, Christians specially  something they are not saying without the sources .  point the verses please and which book  that said that shit .point out the Indian verses and which book.

Yala , move it .I want AL  Marjaa.

@ Unblelivered.did you know that excommunicated catholics are known to write the longest post ? yep. Its true . you think I write long shit ? so  mistaken.

Your articulation is awkward. Earlier you said to practice skill. Skill is not something you practice. Now you say ,“I would envy him that”.you should say it would make you so and so.

Hey dummy English is not my native tongue. I got my excuse. What’s yours ? in the future make sure you talk right . you fucking up what English I’ve learned .

I doubt you would be ex communicated because if you become catholic that would spell the end of the faith. There won’t be anyone to excommunicate you.

@Mike. So you’re blow tadpole. Its tadpole not fish.  what the hell do you want me to do about it  ?  you’re  harmless fictional blow tadpole. No mike is a mouse. No mike is a snail. No mike is mike. Mike is a miracle that somehow escaped the extinction of Neanderthals. Talk like a man Mike. That’s women shit . you’ve  been sitting with the woman for too  long you talk like one .sex change on the horizon? Don’t  go there Mike .

@jason .  thanks for talking the trouble. Your message has arrived . I tossed in the bin. there is the front door. Dismissed. . good bye . bon voyage. I don’t want to see you here again.  Do you or do you not understand ?

@trdsf . more like two blunders by you taken down by me  if you ask me.   Barbara Blaine and Dr.Taylor with the 107 pornography count you out did Frankenstein there .

why do you have that monster picture ? to embellish yourself ?  People will take notice of you. Center of attention shit . its stupid. I demand that you remove that picture immediately . I protest.

Just kidding guys . do not  get cross with me. You my buddies. I’m your Catholic friend . Catholicism is strength , wisdom, goodness , beauty , bravery , courage. You live in fear. A catholic doesn’t , a catholic is the strongest. He is the  power .. Muslims and atheists break rank and flee on the battle field. The catholic marshes on , going ..though I walk in the valley of shadow of death I fear no evil. And jesus loves you. He loves you .he does. I don’t . I’m in total disagreement with him regarding you.

Mike look under the bed tonite . There is  something  under your bed. Something not good . all kidding aside . I’m serious .  . just go look. Its there . how do I know ? I just do . its there . it is not good . no good at all. I'm serious . don't listen to me and you will regret it. mark my word.

Just kidding guys. Lets be friends . start all over again. I’m sorry . I’m sorry for all the not nice things I said to you. Too late to take them back. But lets turn a new fresh page. a new beginning . ya killab ya haywanat - that’s  great people in Arabic . it says you're  great folks. I'm so happy to know you.

Oh Ibn, you crazy theist.  In the sense that I need a laugh from time to time, you are a certain source.

I mean, WHO refers to other posters by their member numbers?  That is truly "unique".

Aside from that, is the idea that all theists evangelize so odd?  All do, though you might note that I said the Jews seem to do it the least.

I don't care about "surat al fatiha" any more than I care about any other fanatic theistic group.  That's all a Fig Newton of your imagination.  Theists are all pretty much one of a kind to me.

You really are one of a kind.  So are most other nuts.  Most sane people are pretty much similar; most nuts are unique in their own way.

"Show me the source" .. you want chapter and verse?  I don't consider writing, not even scripture, to be authoritative.  It is only authoritative to the numbskulls who think it should drive their thinking and actions.  I reject most authority.  But if you know your history, then you know that due to excessive growth, primitive technology, and external threats (particularly the Turks and Mongols and Berbers) ... the Caliphate fell apart early starting in 750 CE, in Spain.  It has never recovered that fatal error of allowing a single Umayyad royal to escape alive.  And the fitna of the earlier years lives on in the Shia movements ... that was always a long term risk to political integration.  BTW - won't be giving you a rabbi-free history of Judaism since Cyrus.  The evidence is there, and the rabbis lie just like imams.

"Do you believe the holocaust happened or do you think the shit was made up?" ... of course it happened.  But what was it?  It was the invention of the Nazis, not the Jews, to meet their ideological/propaganda of that time.  No Jew uses "holocaust" ... it is insulting, we say HaShoah.  So as a word, it didn't happen.  Also the victims are insulted by the implication that they don't meet Muslim definitions of who is a Jew (only a small percentage are Kuzari ... as we now know, and I don't have a narrow view of who is a Jew anyway).  Screw Islam on that point ... I can say you aren't Muslim unless you are 100% Arab and live in Arabia.  Also it is insulting to not mourn the other 60 million people who died prematurely.

I don't think Baruch is a Christian - he believes that he is God. At least, that's what I think a demi-god believes.

Poor use of words.  Everything is supernatural (or at least non-natural).  So everyone is a demigod.  But if you know any mythology, Heracles isn't Zeus, just son of Zeus philandering with a Greek woman.  When a demigod thinks they are Zeus, they get special treatment, don't they?  Think Prometheus (a Titan) or Sisyphus (a human).

Don't push a weak argument too far.  Right now most everyone doesn't feel like arguing.  Declare victory and go home, LOL!

Confused?  Are you questioning Ibn?  I have been a practicing Christian in the past.  I married into it.  So?  But I am Abrahamic, I appreciate Judaism, Christianity and Islam.  And other religions as well, such as Hinduism and Buddhism.  I am liberal that way ;-)

Yes, most Christians take the primacy of the Tanakh as gospel (they do not) ... and accept that paganism had something to contribute to the discussion (they do not).  They also think that Jesus is a real person (he clearly is not) and is uniquely G-d incarnate (he clearly is not).  They also believe in substitutionary atonement (I do not).  I do understand the historical background of those beliefs however.  But I am not an ancient person, most mornings ;-)

The first conversion faith, universal faith, was Buddhism.  All other religions were ethnic.  Christianity borrowed from that, and Islam borrowed from Christianity.  The Jewish POV is that encouraging conversion is bad.  In fact officially, voluntary conversion to Judaism is to be resisted.  Being non-rabbinic, I don't have a problem with who does or doesn't convert, to what, or for what reason.  I don't accept clerical authority ... and I accept freedom of belief and practice.  So I can't be a Muslim either.  Just a heretic Jewish person, that is enough.

So for me, other than being appropriately up-front with who I am, and what I believe, and what I do ... I don't seek any converts to my particular views, or to Judaism in general.  It isn't my problem what others believe or do.  I respect their privacy and their freedom to express themselves.  Cooperation where possible, confrontation only if there is no other alternative.

For people who are simpatico ... to that extent I worship, socialize or teach at synagogue.  The rabbi has his POV, I have mine, but I have no need to rock his boat, nor do I hide myself under a bushel basket.  So what extra do I do? ... in teaching Hebrew, I am teaching prayer, Biblically.  I seek to enhance the prayer lives of those who want to follow my lead, in a way consistent with the aims of the congregation and leadership.  In Hebrew, kavvanah is not what you pray, but how you pray.  Of course it helps if I know some Hebrew, know what good prayers are like (we are doing the Psalms), and what prayer is good for.  But this only came with maturity, I didn't start out this way.

So no, I am not here to convert anyone, nor would I want to, nor will I try to.  Nor should I.  Your paranoia about theism in my case is unjustified.  Most Christians and Muslims will try to convert you ... and my people who I identify with, have suffered much as a consequence.  Buddhist evangelicals are much more laid back.
