The title is a sarcastic way to describe weaponized cars.
I wanted to change the title to "another case of road rage".

Cars are used the same way as explosives, but easier obtainable.

A new way to kill people.
Note that it is used mainly in Europe where guns are not readily available.

Is that like an original member title?  I've been something like that elsewhere a few times.  But that makes some sense.  Originators deserve some respect.  (*koff, koff*)  I wonder if they were on atheist forums in the streaming chat days of the 1990s...
