Zorn when you get tired of trying pharmaceutical drugs to sleep, there is a whole world of natural medicine to try. ( off the top of my head I remember a tea made with echinacea and chamomile). Course it helps a lot to not eat a big meal less than 5 hrs before bedtime.

I've listened to him, and he is brilliant.  But that doesn't mean I don't think he is out to confuse the mediocre and trick the erudite into foolishness.  He is performing a sleight-of-word act and you have to be cautious about agreeing with all he says. 

I suspect (without having done this) that if you parsed a transcript of his show, you would see a lot of verbal trickery.
