Tell me more about how using a corporation services make you a shill.
Sure, I help corporations too, but some of these comedians are getting paid in one day, more than I make in a whole year, to prop up the establishment. That's quite a bit different from what I am doing.

So entertainment shouldn't exist, because it is used to prop up the system by working within it, even if it is one of the biggest voices against the system.

Alrighty then, have fun with that. Or don't, doesn't really matter.

The only true voice against the system, is the voice for genocide against humanity.  I will skip that.

Sure that type of entertainment should exist. It's very smart to put establishment people in there to in a way make it seem like they are holding the system to account, when in reality they are propping it up by refusing to cover so much that makes the establishment look bad, when there is so much comedic material there. If people enjoy that type of thing, I'm happy for them. There are some talented tv comedians. Colbert is quite talented. It's just not my thing because I see it as mainly propaganda, so it's hard to get into their "comedy".

I can forgive people for being puppets and still enjoy their work though, as long as they aren't pushing that propaganda out almost every day. I have a puppet celeb in my avatar. I don't really care. Some of the actors from Better Call Saul were pushing for the Trump vote to be overturned right before he was sworn in, refusing to accept the people's choice and basically calling for an end to legitimate presidential elections, and I forgave the actors for this and it's still my favourite show. When it's someone's job to do nothing but push out propaganda almost every single day though, no, I'm probably not going to be entertained by that. Obviously you thought Manhaj was funny and I think that's cool. Whether something is funny or not is in the eye of the beholder.

The thing about free speech is that you can use it to deny free speech itself.

Isn't there also a saying about taking up the weapons of your fallen enemies-kinda deal?

I've always enjoyed seeing clips from the correspondent's dinner.  It used to have a friendly feel, a time where a sometimes adversarial relationship could take a break, and everyone could just enjoy themselves.  But the adversarial relationship cannot ever be friendly in the current political climate that turns spewing hatred into a career.  There is no room for laughter in the heart of America.  And the correspondent's dinner may have outlived it's purpose.

It is hard to keep a sense of humor, when one side is pushing Neo-lib revolution ... and the other side is pushing Revanchism.  Is hanging funny?

You got my goat!  And that is one of the funnier child restraints.  Bet getting the goat down is tricky, and so is changing that baby's diaper.

Actually, it's a sheep, but either way, you've got to wonder how he got up there.

Yes indeed. Stein is a right wing social justice warrior. You get nothing but crying and shitty identity politics from these mainstream comedians. Stein crying about hateful speech. Trevor Noah calling people racist for having a problem with a black man taking $400,000 for a Wallstreet speech. Pathetic all around.

Anyone taking $400,000 or $3,200,000 for a speech ... is pornographic.  Money porn.  Nothing immoral about post-facto bribes?  Sure it is legal, so is genocide, if you genocide the right people.  Hillary got pre-facto bribes ... and was expecting post-facto bribes after the Clinton tribe raped the world some more.

This is whiskey red 5, I'm going to need a source for these statements about Noah, over.

Looking at all the quotes from the show, where he made 4 or so jokes about the obama wall street speech, I don't see one place where he is calling anyone racist. The closest is asking why the first black president has to be the first to make the change, or that it"feels" a bit racist for a black guy to have to clean up a white man's mess for free (which is, shockingly coming from a comedian, a joke.).

Leftists would say ... everyone has to work for free, including Obama.  Otherwise you are just a plutocrat in disguise.
