I lived in D.C. in my youth, and I enjoyed the Dupont Circle area.  I am hoping we can return there.

Live and work on the same side of the Potomac or else.  Also helps to be near the rapid transit, to easily get downtown.  No parking now that the Trump family has taken up all the parking places ;-)
