Peoples Tribunals to Start Soon--Don't Be Late!

I've always had a problem with anyone, whatever their political orientation, who maintains any given document "is living".  That is the thinnest of smoke screens for"it means whatever we want it to at any given time".  If they manage to pull this con off...............oddly enough; Donald Chump would be the ideal administrator given his adolescent ability to "really mean whatever he says" only until he says the next thing; however contrary to the last thing. 

GOD DAMNIT LIEUTENANT!!    Some of these people are really starting to show signs of comprehending this; and insisting we play by the rules too!  I want that vigorously stamped out by the end of the week!!    It means what I say it does!

Americans are against the Bill of Rights.  This was shown in pols years ago.  We disagree on which one's to trample however.
