Just kidding - I think women talk about same things men do - in general. We just talk till all the flavor's gone out of it and then we stick it in our hair.
Quite frankly, I don't talk to women for too long. I find most of them to be male-haters and seems most every conversation takes a turn towards that sooner or later. You can start out talking about the stars or the dentist and 15 mins into it - some male-hating comes up. *yawn* But women talk about sex, money, politics, gossipy-crap and whatnot. I'd dare say I've been privy to a few girl-chats about 'size matters' - but that's only a few in a rather long life span. We don't talk much about *what* it is, but rather *what* it does. But still
that sort of conversation comes up rarely. We're much too busy reading, toying with our hair or looking for a cure for cancer or some shit.

I've worked in places that were mostly women in the past and can confirm that some women absolutely do talk about not only dick sizes, but shapes, and all manner of other explicitely graphic sex details. Women's "locker room talk" makes men's seem PG by comparison.

I think it depends on the woman's age and her cultural level, and of course there are always exceptions...
