Where can I find good beginner stuff on it, and perhaps an online sandbox?
I have not written anything in C# before.
---
I have experience in Pascal & Java, but not much. I have written a few handful webpages with some JS using very little jQuery and mostly ESRI's JS API which is based off Dojo. I did some stuff in C and C++ but that's pretty much redundant now since I haven't written anything in it in a long time.
Uh, what do you want to write? Web apps? Windows Forms applications? MVC?
You can download Visual Studio Express. Or there's http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/products/what-is-visual-studio-online-vs.aspx
C#, how I understand it, is half a note higher than C
I did find .Net fiddle which gives a pretty descent sandbox:

Is this like, a serious question?

It's for shit and giggles.
Technocrats drive me nuts, and no wise cracks about it being a short drive. :smile2: Solitary
We're living in a digital world now Solitary.
Just google it. I'm sure you will find lots of stuff.
I just finished tuning my guitar to an open G.. Couldn't figure out the proper chords so back to standard tuning.. I used Pitchlab..

You're damn right. And in its minor form it is also the key of Satan. Black Sabbath used C# minor a fair bit.... :super:
C# for beginners..
