Title: Clergy: NC gay marriage ban violates freedom of religion

This is the first time a gay marriage ban has been challenged in court as a violation of the freedom of religion.

I don't believe it wasn't the same law suit. It was saying gay marriage violated their freedom of religion, not the law that doesn't support gay marriage.  :eek: Don't try to figure out what the religious nuts want. Solitary

I stand corrected with egg on my face.  :redface: I completely misread the first post on the topic. I thought they were saying gay marriage violated their freedom of religion.  :rolleyes: Solitary
