Laken
The local police force in Brussels had no idea what they were in for when suddenly the 'batmobile' came racing by. It turned out to be a Lamborghini V10, built to resemble the famous ride belonging to the Dark Knight. Behind the wheel they found a rich man from the United Arabic emirates. It concerns an Arabian prince residing in our country [Belgium]. The man was taken to the precinct. It is currently not clear if the vehicle is allowed on Belgian roads. It is also not know if the prince came to fight crime in Brussels.
Taken from the local newspaper: metro, today.
Will try to upload Pic of the car later.
Was it speeding, or is Belgium a lot more strict with their road laws than Texas? Here it would get pulled over, but only so the cops could get a pic with it.

My guess is simply because it looked like an unlicensed armored tank .
Unlicensed tanks look different from licensed tanks?

Point taken, but what I mean is a tank appearing in Brussels would be announced and given a permit, in service of a parade or something. You know, like when bending over to the Nazis.
