Almost no Christian in the last two thousand years is a follower of Jesus. They are followers of Mammon and often anti-Semite too. However President Trump is not anti-Semite. But is most definitely a follower of Mammon.

Is he a Christian? Doubtful. I'm sure he knows he couldn't have been elected if he wasn't seen by the Right as a Christian, but even Trump's pastor doesn't think he is really devout (https://www.cnn.com/2016/10/21/politics/trump-religion-gospel/index.html). He only shows up to church about two times a year, because he's "too busy" to make it to church for anything other than Christmas, Easter, weddings, or funerals. And he's been known to be unapologetic when he does wrong, and that extends to his attitude towards God. He doesn't ask for forgiveness. Considering how important the concept of repentance is to Christianity, I find it hard to believe Trump considers any power to be higher than himself.
An atheist shouldn't view any power to be higher than himself either.
