In Catholic churches.
If you've seen the TV series "To catch a predator" it deals with a man luring pedophiles to have sex with a minor, only to find Chris Hansen showing up saying the famous words "take a seat"
So wouldnt it be better if Catholics wanna defeat this molestation and pedophilia and perversion by hiring this guy and when some cleric or priest goes for the move, then the guy who is the agent pops up somewhere and says "take a seat" and interrogates him and outside awaits the police to arrest the priest.

The Catholic church is more interested in hiding and protecting their pedophiles than in catching them.
He'd have to start at the Vatican.
